What is your minimum order?
Custom decorated sugar cookie orders have a minimum of one dozen (12) cookies.
How much lead time is required?
For local orders, generally a lead time of 4-5 days is required. This is to allow for baking, initial royal icing setting and detail icing to set before individually bagging.
For shipping, a lead time of at least 2 weeks is required to allow for any shipping delays.
Where can I pick up my order?
Local pickup is available in Riverview, FL. The exact address will be provided once your order is confirmed and the final payment is received.
How do I pay for my custom order?
Currently all orders are placed and processed securely through my ordering platform on MyCustomBakes.
Do you take rush orders?
Due to the required time needed for royal icing to fully set, I cannot accept rush orders.

I do! Custom printed logo cookies are perfect for corporate events and grand openings. Be sure to provide a high-resolution file when you place your order.
My signature recipe is a soft and buttery traditional vanilla sugar cookie, paired with a smooth royal icing. I also offer other flavor options as well like lemon, almond (nut free), traditional vanilla with sprinkles and others.
How should I store my custom cookies?
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
Keep cookies at room temperature in their individual packaging. Avoid direct sunlight and refrigeration, as humidity can affect the icing design.
For long-term storage, cookies can be frozen in an airtight container.
